David Telfer co-founded Anti Bio in 1998, after a working life in the field of electronic devices, magnetic fields, frequency ranges and sonic emissions of solid matter and fluids.

David also co-founded CD Electronics Aust. Pty Ltd, a company which co-developed and successfully installed a system of non-chemical cleaning of beer reticulation systems. Through this company, David gained significant marketing experience in the negotiation of distribution agreements with major local and overseas breweries, also establishing direct distribution lines to the Australian, Japanese and US markets.

David has worked on the Anti Bio System since 1994, and is responsible for development of the product through to where it is today.

In 2003, David was part of the Management Team who successfully completed the Enterprise Workshop Program and qualified as a Certified Developer of Enterprise (CDE)
